How good does my German need to be?
You should be able to speak German confidently and in a friendly way on the phone. In the first interview, Luna assesses together with you whether your level fits the project.
How quickly will I hear back?
After the first interview with Luna, the Innova Group team usually gets in touch within a few working days.
Do I need sales experience?
Not necessarily. What matters is communication skills, reliability and willingness to learn — we teach you the rest.
